Strength Coach
Dave Tortora
Dave has been involved in strength training
since 1977
and brings a wealth of knowledge to Ultimate
Sports.
He recently has developed a customized speed
and
strength training program for baseball
success, which has
been used by players from little league to
college.
Dave works with people of all ages and
abilities, training high school, little
league,
and travel ball players of different sports.
The key to the speed and strength program is
the
Dynamic warm up, a method similar to that
of the NY Yankees (Dave has worked out with
the NY Yankees strength and conditioning
coach, Dana Cavalea).
